About This Event
Drive up north for the Fall Colors. Enjoy the atmosphere of autumn in an ‘Up-North Wisconsin’ town for the 16th Annual Scarecrow Fest in Downtown Phelps on North Twin Lake. Lots of free family fun, including Scarecrow Contest, Pumpkin Chuckin' into North Twin Lake, free Kids' Games, Quilt and Fine Arts Display, Hay Rides, Craft Fair, music, food & beverages, Homemade Wine Tasting, Beer Tent. Enjoy great food from local restaurants and organizations, taffy apples, and free chili from the Women's Club.
